With the beginning of the school year, comes the change of the seasons from summer to fall. It's always a bittersweet time with the slow, easy mornings turning into the hustle and bustle of new routines and activities. Thankfully, it's been a fairly smooth transition this year. Here are some of the things we've been up to lately:
Bergen with her two little cousins.
Bode learning how to roll from his back to his front about a week before he turned 4 months old.
We had a couple of campfires with friends.
This was at the Yuans - with the Camps, Abdels, and Amundsons.
We went to Marigold Days in Mantorville, MN.
Jon and Quinn looking cute.
Bode trying out the swing.
If Brooks is outside, he can almost always be found in a tree.
Quinn and Emme went to storytime at the library.
Matching unicorn back packs.
Kylie and Brooks have been constructing some spooky pranks.
Bode had a swallow study done because of his choking episodes.
Everything checked out perfectly!
Quinn got this cute, little camping chair from Greg and Kaaren for her birthday.
She is obsessed.
Quinn and Emme watching their big brothers' football games.
Everyone loves a good baby snuggle!
Cutie Quinn!
Jon, Bode and I went to a Vikings game.
Bode did well and we all had a blast!
Brooks has started to lose his teeth.
This was the first one, bottom right.
One week later, he pulled out the top left one.
He's going to look like a Jack-o-lantern just in time for Halloween!
The OTS team went to a concert together.
We saw Trampled by Turtles and The Avett Brothers.
Jon and Brandon went to a Twins playoff game thanks to Christopher!
Sadly, the Twins lost, but I think they still had fun!
We had the Barlow cousins sleep over.
They all play so well together!
My college bestie, Erika, got married.
It was so fun to have a little college girls reunion!
L to R: Shaina, Kirsten, Erika, me, Amanda and Beth
As you can see by the following several pictures, I cannot get enough of these baby smiles!
Bode LOVES the jumper!
He also LOVES all of his older siblings!
Brooks' class sang at Chapel and I was able to watch!
You can see Brooks on the far right.
Quinn is our most mischievous child.
I left her alone for a minute and came back to find her like this...covered in lotion!
Bode had his first bites of food!
I cannot get enough of this toothless grin!
Bode and I went with Jon to NYC for a conference.
Sari was there too with Rob and her 4 kiddos! :)
The guys were pretty busy, but it was so much fun to spend time with Sari.
We squeezed a lot in to 3 days!
Times Square!
Riding the Subway!
Bode was a hit with the Hartzler kids!
Takes me back to the good, ole days!
Miss these two so much!
We had our annual Friendsgiving dinner with our college friends.
This year we were at Kate and Pete's house on Saturday.
Then we met up on Sunday too at an indoor park with the kids.
The Guys.

Sweet baby boy!

I threw all the markers away after this episode.
Jon went to India in November for a work trip.
He said the Taj Mahal was amazing!
We had some play dates.
There are a lot of little girls around the same age.
Front to back: Victoria, Emme, Ellie, Meredith, Quinn and Sophie.
Kylie had a piano recital.
She was great!
Blair's birthday party was spa themed.
I think Kylie enjoyed herself.
Quinn loves the snow!
Kylie and Brooks had check-ups.
They are both healthy!
Tony, Ingrid, Jon and I ran a 5k Turkey Trot together on Thanksgiving Day morning.
It was cold, slippery and tons of fun!
Hopefully, a new tradition!
